Last set on the doubles was a real grinder, the last rep was tuff. So thats why I missed the fift rep on the last Backoff set. This was more of a mental day then and a good one. Today is the Nobel priceday, Im in shame over the choice of Handke. The swedish acadamy should be a gang of genius and good taste, this must be their lowest low. Bad taste and really a total breakdown of intellectual knowhow.

Time to raise weight, it took over three month to get 1kg, next time I raise 0,5 kg.
I took two shots yesterday, one flu and one against pneumonia, feeling a bit tired but lifting better then I thought.
