Been on a Cruise in the baltic sea
So no training since last sunday.
Watching a program thats talking about hormesis, sounds like the selyes stress adaption process, new name old process. A lot of talk of exercise not training for strength, walking is great.

Last time I went on a cruise I went into the gym, saw most people running on the treadmills trying to burn off some of the last nights buffet. I just left.
Well there was a jogging area outside on the highest deck around the tower for the exhaust pipes, chimney, dont know the name. It was very hard winds somewhere between gale-storm. So just a short peep outside, did the food thing, Without alcohol. The trip was a gift from my retirement last year, I had to cash it in, or it would forever been gone. A short 24 hour trip.

Left knee no problem, right knee a awkward pain on the outside early during airsquat and the first bar set. Then it subsided and everything was smoother for every raise, the last set was the best. I now have hopes for my future squats.
