You don't take a one day break in between workouts? Are you getting enough recovery?

I've found the MyFitnessPal app (Android, iPhone, desktop) an excellent tool for keeping track of my calorie and nutrient intake. It's been a huge help to me in my recent weight loss. I made my goal for 2015 to lose 20 pounds, but I didn't start seriously until a month ago - and I've lost seven pounds - only 13 to go!

You have a similar contraption for squats that I have. You get proper depth but I wonder if those trousers give you enough room. I.e. Levis are very restrictive for the squat. Do you have anything a little more flexible? It might make the squat a little easier.

Thanks carson for your comment on the squat, I will continue keeping my squats low, the pants are soft and they are no Levis and I dont feel restricted by them, I like them, but I need to buy another pair anyway.
