Weak day, I was a little slow and unfocused.
Yes, again Rip is on the spot. I stopped squatting in april-19 beacause of bad pain in left glute and thigh. Continued with DL and after 8month my left knee was a wreck. Couldnt walk properly. Then I started squat again and voilą, the left knee is ok, but during the rehab my right knee started to hurt, so now thats the focus. The lesson learned is - never stop squatting. [emoji1594]
Squat is good for my knees, my friends think I should stop lifting heavy but I say, Motion is lotion

Should have pulled the last fiver but the bar went sideway during the fourth rep, so it felt awkward and I stopped, waited a couple of minutes and pulled a single.

This is great, now its time to raise 0,5kg.
Progress is slow, 2,5 month to raise 0,5kg, but No pain and feeling good overall.
Days with no pain are what it's all about. Forget about that " no pain no gain BS".
