Beginning to use hookgrip, it works fine. I think I can continue with 5kg raise up to 120, I hope, no need for belt so far.
Good to have consistent workouts. Does the weather there affect your workouts when it gets colder?
Its boring, I get so tired mentally, its rainy and the darkness (I live in a farming area) makes me depressed, and this covid-19 destroys having fun socially, for example beer with the neigbours on friday. They are fairly young and dont care about the covid. I live alone with 3 neigbours in a apartment house. But training in my basement is great, but lonely.
