Had the usual flushot today. I was working late so at first a thought came up, skip training. But, nonono. Pressed as planned, then it was over 10pm, hmm, late. To keep the joints moving and momentum going, I raised 2,5kg and did a squat fiver.

Almost did a 5 on the first chin.
The squat ok, almost easy,maybe me upping the proteinintake with around 100gr/day did the trick, probably. But its hard work stuffin that in! Time will tell how high the linear progression takes me this time.
By the way, if someone likes sailing you can watch the Vendee Globe Race, these are some crazy sailors, both men and women with impressive fast boats.
