    That's good keeping up with the plan. The squat is the hardest lift for me and you are doing great.

    Im a lazy man, thats why I decided to have a backup plan, to at least do one workset when Im tired or just lazy.

    DL did move fairly well, must be my new protein plan.

    I don't necessarily have one. In the past I favored the bench press and the squat. This time around I just hope to get the "big three" proportional to one another for general overall strength. What would be your favorite?

    Probably bench and squat. But that may change when some of the other lifts progress.
