    Thanks, very little celebration, we are three guys with more or less no social contacts. Will meet and eat, play some guitar and do some 60, 70 and 80 songs. My son Marcus is working at the firedepartment the whole cristmas eve. So may eat whith him and his mother on cristmas day.
    So I hope it will be safe for us all.

    See family, exchange gifts and eat. Eating is my favorite part. We have a lot of food. Family all live close by. Our main celebration is watching Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase. Or at least having it on in the back ground.

    That is good news, thanks to protein, I think. It wasnt a true grinder, so thats a promise for future weights. Squat was ment as a medium day. Now its christmas, so next training is friday.
