    Yes, I tried ascending sets when I had bad knees a couple of years ago, did box squats, worked really fine.

    starting strength coach development program
    Well Fred, its to early to say, it sure slower in progression and not so demanding recovering.
    But will it deliver thats the question, next week Im in for fives on three of the lifts, will see then, protein intake is still high so I have hope.
    How are you doing, any Pr,s in sight?
