    Worksets 45kgx1,
    47,5x1x5,
    50kgx missed
    45x3x5,
    42,5x4, missed the fift.
    Then the barbecue squad arrived so I do the dips tomorrow after farmers walk, still tropical heat here, its a little to much but Im sure a lot of you guys are having a hard time with the heat.

    Nice bbq, its on today again, three days in a row.
    Farmersw. 10 meters x 2 x 3@112kg
    Dips bodyweight missed,
    Blue band x 14
    GreenB x 10x4, GB x 8
    BlueB x10, x8, x8, x6
    Great feeling in my triceps.
    Going up north tomorrow, 750km. Takes the whole day.

    Travelled 750km to the north, training at a great gym, Umeå powerlifters train there.
    Im a little conservative on the weight this time, Im a bit unfocused in new surroundings.
    Bench worksets
    72,5 x 5 x 2
    72,5 x 4 x 3
    72,5 x 3
    Got a pump in my arms after that, finished with chins in machine with alternating dumbell curls, it felt great, today I have really sore legs. The bad thing is the rain, its been raining for three days now. No barbecue [emoji19]

    Its working, Im satisfied. My whole body is in pain, good pain! Resting two days, back again Monday.
