Travelled 750km to the north, training at a great gym, Umeå powerlifters train there.
Im a little conservative on the weight this time, Im a bit unfocused in new surroundings.

Got a pump in my arms after that, finished with chins in machine with alternating dumbell curls, it felt great, today I have really sore legs. The bad thing is the rain, its been raining for three days now. No barbecue [emoji19]
