No farmers walk, back pain, nothing to worry about, just rest.
Have you considered floor press as an alternative assistant lift for bench?

I do "floor press" every time I deadlift.

if you could floor press the same weight as your deadlift, you'd be one strong guy. Seriously, floor press is the only lift that takes away much of the pec involvement and puts in on my triceps. It has been a mainstay in my training. I use them for max singles, reps and speed work. Nothing wrong with CGBP, but my money is on floor press.

Well, the bad part is my floor, a dirty concrete floor in the basement. I have a plan on cleaning it up and buying rubbermats, but they cost a lot , so I kind of waits for better times. I get back to you Lou when Im ready to go for that floor press. Sounds interesting.

    Notes
Resting 72hours between workouts, since last thursday,. I usually rest 48 hours, just a test and see, so its a easier week now. Only two workouts because of a trip to gothenburg for work issues.
All lifts went well, no big problems. I noticed a little rounding of the upper back on last squat rep. The press was fairly easy, I go for fives next VD.
Good lifting and impressive press! You've got some good progress going on.

Ha, Im in scandinavia, btw I think my assistent work with dips and chins is enough for now, got a good progress going, I will surely try floor press when Progress stops.
CGBP is just me doing some backoff and fooling around, the good part is that I might found some cheap horsemats 20mm thick.

Thanks for noticing. But today I played some tennis instead of lifting, Im back on thursday for the old 3 days a week schedule. The progress on the press movements feels awesome.
