CGBP is just me doing some backoff and fooling around, the good part is that I might found some cheap horsemats 20mm thick.

I've never played tennis, but it looks like a lot of fun (and hard work)!

Yes. The press sure can be a real b*tch. But it's all the more rewarding when you manage to tame and conquer her for and while.

Ah, its not that hard, you just hit the ball and wait for it to comeback. We are two oldies with no good technic, and we often take water pauses and sit and talk.

Good job on the squats! Was it your first time for a 5 at 100 kg?

    Saturday 29/8-15 No training[emoji21]
Got a Sudden dizziness, had to lay down, think its a virus. No symtoms of a stroke.
Nearly puked. I woke up six hours later feeling a little better, could stand up without a feeling of falling.

Thanks, I have done it before but my depth was not low enough, had to start all over again from around 80kg and filming all my lifts to make sure I go at least parallell. Next weight 102,5kg will be a new PR.

That's great to hear! It's a nice milestone with two 20's on each side.

    Good luck with 102,5!
