My last deadlift was 14 days ago, just tried a 1 RM, didnt work, got it up to my kneecaps then my legs started shaking like I was Elvis or something, so I let go.
My last VD bench was 3weeks ago so that explains the nono on 5x5

Just a light squat, suits me fine, feeling tired(as usual after work), the press ID-day is also lowered from 50 to 47,5 because of my rest/sick week.
Saturday 12/9-15 No training, in bed with a cold fever.

Been off training/sick with virus. Last workout was 10 days ago, starting a little light, I hate DOMS, thats why.
Planning for our vacation in London, on thursday Marcus and I takes off, meeting with SScoach Carl Raghavan on saturday for my first coaching session ever. My son, Marcus did one in copenhagen this januari, so its his second, then its rugby worldcup on sunday at wembley, Irland against Romania, its nice to hold my promise to him from three years ago. Will also do some shopping and sightseeing.[emoji4]

Reporting after the trip to London, great shopping and great Rugby at wembley.
The best part was training with SS coach Carl Raghavan that Marcus and I got to do what should have been two hours coaching, turned out to be something like 5 hours of all 5 lifts + assistance lifts and stretch exercises. He really knows how to adjust technic and form. Great personality to. Over all that was high quality! The Best!!

Now Im sorry to say back in Stockholm with another cold thats getting to my lungs. I hope I get better soon or else I probably have to see the Doc. To get some penicillin. But I start with the natural way. No training, of course, that sucks.

Sorry to hear you have a cold again, but training with a SS coach sounds pretty cool!
