Saturday 5/12-15 I turned 64y yesterday, stronger than ever.

All is well so far! Press 2.0 is not so easy, but coach Carl (in London) said it took him around 6 month to get it perfect. So I just work on it.

7x30sec at 50kg weight. Rest between sets 2,5 min
Notes
My weight is 101,3kg, trying to lose some fat now, beginning weight was 102,7, so Im on my way now.
