    Saturday 5/12-15 I turned 64y yesterday, stronger than ever.
    Deadlift hook grip

    110x1
    Bench 75x3x2
    Blueband Dips 10, 10,10

    Notes
    No problems, thinking that two years ago this was a hard session, now it felt like a easypaj

    Warmup jogg 5min. 7x20s. 3min rest
    Notes
    Planning go do these on off days, two times a week, to get som cardio + eventually burn some fat. Trying to cut down on carbs and more chicken and sallads.

    Ascending, last workset 76kgx5

    Press: worksets 42,5kgx3x3

    Chins blue band 10, 9, 8

    Notes
    All is well so far! Press 2.0 is not so easy, but coach Carl (in London) said it took him around 6 month to get it perfect. So I just work on it.

    7x30sec at 50kg weight. Rest between sets 2,5 min

    My weight is 101,3kg, trying to lose some fat now, beginning weight was 102,7, so Im on my way now.
