    23/1-16 saturday
    Weight 101,0kg

    Squat
    Ascending 5x5 last workset 92,5kgx5

    Notes
Sciatic pain a little better, squat made it just a little worse, but it was worth it. Saving deadlift for tomorrow. My brothers wife have her 60y celebration, so its family gathering today.

Sorry to hear you have sciatica pain. That must be very tiresome.
I don't know if it would work, but have you read Starr's article about lower back treatment?

Thanks Slowmo I read it now. I wait and see, if it gets better over time as it usually does, if not I might try the Starr method. Have you tried it?

I haven't tried it myself, so I don't know how well it would work. You would have to be careful.

I had a bad run last year with severe hip pain. Combination of arthritis, bursitis and a slightly bulging disk. I had 3 injections and some Pt. Its gotten better but still not 100%, but than again I have very parts that are 100%. I do believe in working through this shit as long as I don't exacerbate the problem. I ice every morning when I come back from training and every night while I'm on the coach....take some advil if needed.

I hope your gets to 100% soon. You been putting in some good work in your training.
