Press:
20 x 5 x 2, 25 x 5, 30 x 3, 36 x 2, workload 41 x 4, wanted to do a fiver so I tried to do a heavier weight at 42,5 x 3, That was ok. I then went back to 41 x 3, after that I thought that I needed some volume backoff 35 x 7 + 30 x 8. It was strange because the fourth rep on the workweight 41kg felt ok but the fifth was just to much, and then I did a three on 1,5 kg more. I hope I do 5 @ 41 next time.

Felt like I have to push myself a little bit more at the bench. My goal is 1x5 @ 72,5.

Decided to rest from squat, I been doing squat three times a week. this week I think I try two times squat and one time deadlift. I seen other Geezers do it.

Nearly got my fiver on 125kg, Im just waiting for it.

29/11 -14
Have been a little disabled due to a vaccination against the usual winterflu. 6 days of resting and only one trainingday this week. Felt weak with bad form during the squat so I backed off on that. The Press was ok, the Deadlift fine did my five on 125kg wich is a new PR.

Squat: 26kg x 5 x 2, 46 x 5, 66 x 5, 77,5 x 5

Press: 20kg x 5 x 2, 25 x 5, 30 x 3, 35 x 2, 38 x 2, 42,5 x 3 x 2, 42,5 x 2 x 2.

Deadlift: 60kg x 5, 80 x 5, 100 x 3, 115 x 2, 125 x 5PR. Felt really hard on the hands beacuse of the knurling of my new bar, the grip was super. Now its 127,5 next time

No progress today, the squat ok, no progress with the bench and the PC was really bad. Feeling tired the whole session took to much time, no energy left. The boys just talk to much and use their cellphones, need to get some kind of time reference so I bought a timekeeper, a clock that beeps after for example 7 minutes. Last thursday the boys took three hours to do the usual session.
