This was bisniss as usual, no problem. Had only two sessions a week the last two weeks.
I might go for a three times training this week.
Yes, Im down 10lbs in bodyweight, it makes my chins easier, nice feeling, really its a plan since I started SS, just eat and lift for three years, and then to lose my excess weight. So when Im 65 in dec I hope Im real lean and strong. Its quite easy so far. Jordans articles are of great help, its fun! I want to keep my strength thats why I go slow, about 1lbs a week.
