Workset 40kgx5x2, third set missed, got a tweak in the right tricep, so I stopped at once.

Only problem was the tricep, iced it, felt better, perhaps its not that bad, I try the Starr rehab next bench/press sessions.
Lovely to have all these days free from work over the holiday.
And weight now down 5kg, took me 15 weeks. More to come, aiming to get below 90kg, this year.

Triceps feeling ok, some pain, it will heal quick, the rest was a fishingtrip. Now two days off.

I have been followed your log, seems similar to what I am attempting. Are you still using the Drapper Top Squat? I have been using a safety sqt bar myself, seems as I got older I lost some flexability in the shoulders . I am currently rehabbing some shoulder issues,just started doing some presses and benches with the barbell after working with light Dumbbells . Good luck with your training.
