I decided to stop doing powercleans and instead do pullingexecises like chins (wich I suck at) and deadlift. So I do deadlift once a week and chins the other two days and try to get my chins up.
    Squat:
    26 x 5 x 2, 46 x 5, 66 x 5, 76 x 5, 86 x 5, workset 96 x 3.
    Bench
    20 x 5 x 2, 40 x 5, 50 x 3, 62,5 x 2, Worksets: 72,5 x 4, 75 x 2 x 2.
    Chins:
3 and 6 with stronger rubber band

    Squat: 26 x 5 x 2; 46 x 5; 60 x 5; 75 x 5; workset 85 x 5
Have some pain from lower back so this was a lighter session.

    Press: 20 x 5; 25 x 5; 30 x 3; 35 x 2; 40 x 1. workset: 42,5 x 3 this was a disapointment. Backoff: 35 x 6 + 7
Im going to back off and start over with a standard LP next time

    Dips: 5 + 6 + 5 + 4
Tried Dips for the first time, using a rubberband. I kind of hang myself in the rubber band.

They tell me that the Power Snatch is somewhat easier than the clean. What do I know? I can't do either. Have you tried the Snatch in place of the Clean? My top Squat is 210 that means that you are about a pound and a half ahead of me. But I'm still slightly ahead of you on the Deads. Keep up the good work. I don't follow Hockey much but I shall cheer for Sweden just for you unless they are playing the USA.

Cant get that high with the barbell because of a low roof. Its ok to do chins instead. I think we are close each other in strenght. Its interesting to compare? Our different programming over time. You are using wendlers program I think. Im using the more traditional programming with trying to get five reps each time, and alternativ with light squats. Who knows, swe and us might play against each other!

    starting strength coach development program
Upon reaching my Linear Progression limit which marks the end of the novice section Coach Sullivan had me do some Texas Method for a few months and then settled on Wendler's program. For both it represents painfully slow progress but at 67 I'm happy to have even some little progress. Being so much younger than I (four whole years ;-) you will probably surpass my numbers. Still I will keep trying to keep up as long as possible. I am very grateful to have found SS and can only wonder how week I would be without it.
