So you really think 4 years make that big difference?
Isnt it more important to be healthy for your age. You are probably on your way to get a 10 years, or maybe more, younger body thanks to lifting

Four years doesn't really make much difference. I'm with you my friend. Let's shoot for the sky. Who knows what we can do in the next few years. I say Bill Kazmaier and Magnus Samuelson better watch out.

    Default 27/12-14

    In kg
    Squat
    26 x 5 x 2, 46 x 5, 66 x 5, 76 x 5, Light workset: 86 x 5

    Bench
    20 x 5 x 2, 40 x 5, 50 x 3, 60 x 2, 70 x 1, workset: 75 x 3 x 2 + 2 + 1.
Felt ok, nice to be on the way to heavier weights, I hope. My shoulder feels ok, I had a long time struggling with pain, now its gone.

    Dips with rubberband: 7 + 7 + 8
The rubber band kind of eliminate the risk of losing control during the descent and get to deep and hurt the shoulder.

Deadlift: Doing a new strategy on weekends, split workout with the Deadlift alone on sunday. Its beacause I have the lifting gear in the basement, its easy to just go down there. It seems to work nicely to just fokus on one lift.
    50 x 5 x 2, 70 x 5, 90 x 3, 110 x 2, 120 x 1, Workset 130 x 3; backoff 117 x 5.
It was a good lift, it felt easy, might do a fiver next time on saturday. When Im in copenhagen with my son, he is going to the squat camp.

    Curls: 20 x 8, 22,5 x 8, 25 x 8 x 3

New pr on Squat 98 x 3, press is backed off, did 5 x 5 @ 39 to get some volume
    Squat: 26 x 5 x 2, 48 x 5, 68 x 5, 78 x 5, 88 x 5, workset: 98 x 3

    Press: 20 x 5 x 2, 25 x 5, 30 x 3, 35 x 2, workset 39 x 5 x 5

    Chins 7 x 3

I felt really tired before the workout, tired in my lower back after the deadlift two days before. I took an hour nap before training and Marcus waked me up and got me down in the basement gym.

Psychologically its been a shitty christmas, my brothers son (31 years old) got a stroke two days before the christmas eve. It was kind of bad beacause hes been drinking exessivly for several months on his vacation in Thailand, with his pregnant wife and visiting her parents. He felt bed when it was time to go home and cancelled the flight. Sad to say that he didnt bother to prolong the travelinsurance, it had expired after 45 days. Hes in a hospital in Thailand now, it has been a lot of worry for my brother, and its continuing. Hes better now and off the intensive care for the moment, we hope to get him home after the holidays.
