Planned DL, when I walked down the stairs I got a twitch in in my right thigh just above the patella, shit, so I tried warming up but pain was disturbing, so I stopped at once. Try again tomorrow.

I have a friend/co-worker in Sweden that is 67 and finally calling it quits. His wife is retiring now so that made a difference. We will miss his expertise and humour.

Yes, thats the limit in Sweden. If you are employed, like I am, they usually end your employment at 67. There is a timespan between 61-65 if you want to get your taxpaid pension earlier. 65 is the normal pensionage. But if you want to, you just keep on working to 67, then they can kick your ass out, you Workers union cant do anything about that. But if you are needed at work, then the boss can keep you on for many years after 67, if you are interested to keep on working.
