    Over ok, last rep DL felt abit heavy, rest ok, more volume and time spent the weightroom. Thats a good thing, spring is here fantastic sunny weather today.

    Its ok, not really getting any stronger in the press but thats ok. In slowly losing body weight, not much 2,5 kilos, but thats ok to.
