    Dips blueband 5,8 greenband 5
    Note ok lifting, bodyweight is slowly going down, 3kg in three month. Its better than nothing, but I think it has a bad effect my press. Im trying not to loose to much strength, maybe add some in the process och getting lighter.

    Im on a diet of triples, hoping itl help push my press up a bit. My last 3rm was 18 month ago 46kg.

    Overall a good training, press went up from doubles to triples.

    Changed my DL program, testing more volume alternating with 1rm and light DL on squatdays. The plan is more deadlift to be better on DL. Its worth a try, I think.

    I think doing more work followed by rest can lead to some gain in strength. The trick is to find the right amount of work and recovery time.

    Yes, thanks. You are right, its a difficult ekvation. If this trick with the deadlift doesnt work, I try something else. To get itmoving up.
