Bbcurls 20x5x2 pain in shoulder so I stopped.
Note
Satisfied with bench, going for triples next time. Problem is my right shoulder, its constant hurting, but not to bad, lifting is ok.

Im happy with press 1kg raise and 6 singles. Pain in my right shoulder continues but it does not seem to disturb the lifts. Next week I go for doubles.
The rest is just assistance work.

Got the DL 1rm up a notch, so far so good, intensity day with low volume DL. Still far to get next pr 1rm wich is 150kg.

This was around 80% volume day, Im fairly conservative on the loading because its a new program for the DL. Next time its a 1rm and backoff 90% x 2-3x2 backoff.
