On a short vacation up north of sweden, trained in Skellefteċ, the went further to Boden, an old miltary fort from the ww2. Now going back to Umeċ , on saturday I go back home to Stocholm. I got me a ladies barbell by misstake. So 140 felt very easy when in reality it was 135[emoji851]. Did a short session today. Next training in My home gym on Sunday.

Felt my heart go up in workspeed after 30sec, legs shaking, ledfeet!
I was totally wasted after that one. I was saved when I ran out of petrol. First time with such a device. I say those guys that do for a living must be some kind of "ubermenschen"

My legs and hips makes me moan and groan whenever I stand up or sit down, hot and moisty, and forgot to eat today, so my press didnt work out the way I wanted it. CGBP was ok, Dips a total failure! But I dont mind, feels like Im on the edge of my capacity, thats a good feeling[emoji41]
