Great to do doubles on my last PR from last summer.
Next time I go for triples. Then its timefor a new PR 115kg, thats my goal for this year, a new squat pr, well thats not quite true, I want and can get more PR,s pretty sure one in deadlift, but press is not that easy, probably not until fall, IF Im lucky.

DL went well, heavy and a bit slow. Should be when the next step 147,5 is my PR from last year. Im happy to at last be there again. Close to my goal a new PR at 150kg.
Its also nice to squat 80kg as a "light" day. Not long ago I considered 80 kg a heavy lift. Now it was no problem deep and secure.

This was a good squat day, felt solid in my back, got tired in my lumbar back after the second triple. No problem, made it a double instead. Next time I go for a new 1RM 115kg. Had no time for the light DL because Im travelling today, back to the south and Stockholm, its time to go back to work again after a long vacation.
