Im stuck at 47kg singles. But now that Im home again in my basement gym, I can continue to do Dips, I hope that will do the trick! I have also done 4 days training this week, thats really good I think. Now Im back in the saddle at work so I hope for 2-3 days training per week.
I counted the days of training during my vacation and came up with 13 trainingdays in 28 days.

Good training! After
5 days off to recover from my vacation training camp, and adjust to the heat and work in Stockholm.
Today (saturday) its a rugby festival, Stockholm Tens
Marcus, my son is plaing with a mixed team from Ixus (Umeå) and Attila (Stockholm)
It will be fun watching. Especially the oldboys game, they are not really fit for the game, so they often do some crazy stuff and end up hurt.[emoji41]
Wisiting are also a scottish team, waterboys. The matches are 2x10 min so its very entertaining.
