147,5kgx just 0,5 rep bailed out halfway up, back was ok, grip ok but barspeed to slow, I got to just Below my kneecaps.

It was heavy today, even the press that should have been light.
I think Im on the end of the ladder with 1-3 reps, probabIy need more volume, think I switch to doing fives with singles to triples on the top.
