Back from sickness. 10 days off, felt ok, couldnt get all the reps, the important thing is Im back under the bar. Noticed under these days that all my soreness was gone and I slept much better.

Swimming (breaststroke) 500m
Was a total disaster at first. Got cramp in my foot, and my knee just protested with a kind of jam in the joint just above the patella. It was a chock. Then after about 300m it got better. Good work for the shoulders and back.
