Yes, its a new thing for me, Its beginning to be important to have quality training more than ”heavy” training. Im dependent on good recovery. Nowdays Im doing 2 days a week training and a kind of 80/80 filosofi, 80% of the time do 80% of your 1rmax. Inspired by Andy B. Im still Working full time at 65, it takes a lot of energy.

Not so good day, I Tried some bench, but no response from my body, everything was soo heavy, choosed to wait until tomorrow. I thing I fried myself last session on DL, a lot of volume, around 5000kg I think.
yowzer, that's some volume!!!
I really hope its worth the effort, to get a my umber on the DL up. Its my prio for the moment
