    My brother is visiting me from the south of sweden. He surprised me asking to learn the deadlift. So I did. Hope he continue when he gets home. I gave him a copy of the book SSBBT.
    Deadlift ok raised 5kg now I really think 150 is close, maybe in a couple of month if I dont catch a flu or something evil.

    Prowler on mudroad, pushed, dragged, and pulled the dam thing for about 25 minutes. Tonight its entrecote and more applecake and time to kick the old year out.
