All lifts went smoothly up and down, testing my way with a more basic mix of lifts intensity driven with back off volume. I hope it works out in the end with a PR somewere along the line.

Left shoulder pain, probably close to deltoid at humerus, maybe tendonit because its slowly getting worse, I dont think its a muscle tear. But I really dont know what the problem is. It hurts mostly on the ascending phase during bench, but every moment hurts during the press movements.

Visited my PT today for the first time in 4 years.
I had a perfect body posture, thats a result from barbell training, and really no problem structurally, he believed my pain in upper arm was a nerve that got stuck and didnt glide as supposed when a used the muscles in the press. So that made it signal pain, its likefire along the upper arm from shoulder to elbow when I push the bar with heavy weight. So I now got myself some exercices, among them more deadlift with light weight. Thats good news!
great checkup! i've noticed my posture has improved amazingly since i started this stuff too

Im travelling up north and found a barbell at the hotel in Sundsvall. But had only around an hour to train. Its hot as hell here, temp was +34celcius during the day down in Stockholm.

Felt strong, last rep on fiver was a grind, but felt very good.

The double squat was a pr, Im pleased with that. Vacation for a week and I feel strong. Tomorrow its back south 700 km to the big city and work for the next two weeks.
