Squat still going strong with 5kg raises but press is getting heavy did 2,5kg raise.
Did prowlerpush x 6 outside my house as cardio at the end of my training. My neighbors watches in awe, well they should, those lazy bastards.
Life sucks i little, Ive been laid off from 1 januari 2019 so I have to start searching for a new job. Im on pension from that date, but my expenses needs attending, so work is the only solution.

I was about to skip training because I was tired from work. But I forced myself down to the basement. I was weak so I just did some light weights with short restintervalls, that felt good!
Better than nothing.

Press felt good.
Doing short sessions and I enjoy it.
My efforts to buy a sailboat hasnt been lucky so far, its now season to put the boats on land in prep for the winter. So its probably better to get a boat on land and avoid the work to get her there.

The last set was the best. Surprisingly, must be that the neuromuscular system kicked in as it should. I really like the squat, its my best lift.

Progression moving on, squatting 2times week. Doms not so hard to handle compered to when I did squat one time per week. Im doing 4 days training per week and only one lift on two of those days. It makes the training shorter and its easier to motivate myself to lift in the evening after work.
