Having pain in knee so just waiting for it heal.
I decided to change my blog to the General Training Logs. I been here on the SS Training log for almost 10 years so I guess Im past that stage. Im working on it and trying to get Stef to help out.
The blog will probably change name to "Bergstrom -51 Lifting for health and a active life"

I changed from a SS log to general in less than three weeks as I could tell I was going to be "Not doing the program" as everyone said. Back then Stef said to just start a new log in general and put a link in your first post to the first log which is what I did. See ya there...
