Press: workset: 42x4, 43x2, 42x3x3
Dips: 9, 10, 9
Comments: my depth is better, now that Im filming myself.
Press is a new program, Im always doing 5 sets, IF reach 4reps I try 1kg more for one set, then go back to the workset and fulfill the 5 set, never go to failure.. When I reach 5 reps I raise 1 kg to a new workweight. And then repeat all over again. I noticed that backoff sets doesnt work for me, I need intensity at the moment.

Skipped two workouts in a row. To tired, working hard overtime. So Im feeling god to go now. Marcus back and training with me.
Squat: workset: 90x5,
working on my depth, not really pleased with it yet, it looks better, but I can go slightly deeper, below parallell.
90kg felt heavy, So I stay with it for a while.
Press: worksets: 42x4x2, 43x3
The press is ok, Im patient about it.
Dips: 10, 10, 10
Helps my press movements.

Tuesday, 3/3-15 in kg
Ive changed my training days to 5 days every week, with a possibilty to skip a day if I feel totaly wasted. The workout takes only an hour and I can usually take a nap before training. The program is based on one heavy day on saturday and deadlift on sunday. The assist lift is Dips, Chins, and bicepcurls wich Im planning on substituting with LTE as soon as I buy a EZ-bar.
Mond: press/bench + assist. Tuesd: Squat + assist. Thursd: Press/bench + assist, Saturday: Squat + press/bench + assist, Sunday: deadlift (+assist.)
Today
Squat (light): workset: 82,5 x 5,
doing ascending 5x5, working on my depth, I film every set. Cant say Im totaly pleased but its getting better (Im definitly parallell most of the time) and the filming gives me constant feedback and thats good. I need to get just a little bit lower and thats a tuff one when it gets heavy.
Chins: 10,9,9

Thursday 5/3-15 in kg Press
Press: workset, 42x5 PR, 43x3x3, it felt awfully good. Felt strong on those 3x3@43kg
This was a short workout, but it took an hour almost, I always rest 10 minutes between worksets.
