    A satisfying session, its a great feeling to do squat PR, felt light as a feather after the lift.

    Notes
    Trained with son Marcus.
    Good with a new squat PR. Press was weak I think but ok, chins ok, planning to do three Max set with green band. But it was getting late. Forgot to check body weight. Tennis tomorrow.
