    I dont know about you, but I think to continue lifting over the years to come and accept the slowness of the gains I need a more easy going attitude.

    This training took a while and I did alright I think. Raised the press 0,5kg and missed only one rep in the first set and the singles was heavy in a good way. Now its four day rest until thursday and 1RM DL day.

    Good training, had a birtday dinner for my 21 y/o son and got cramp in my right tricep, really painful, it went away after 10 minutes.

    I must report 5 min on my new Concept 2 rower. Its a killer machine, super quality. Now Im ready to roll and get my cardio up to a decent level. Planning to have two sessions a week, one hiit and one slow fatburner.
