I dont know if it is a good thing yet. My neibour did hear some sounds when I used it. I try to insulate with a bunch of carpets.
I will probably do 1-2 30 min hiit sessions a week. But now Im just getting my body used to it while I slowly do longer sessions 5min every time until I get to 30 min. Then its time hiit. I also want to buy a heartrate transmittor.
I will report how I like it.
