0,5kg progress, pity I couldnt get all fives. Thinking to much during lifts, so my explosivness just went to shit. Overall a nice session. My neighbour turned up and I coached him. Thats a good thing I get some experience coaching.
By the way I often get cramp in my triceps an hour or so after training. Dont know if its a good thing or...?

Just want to share that my son got the best player of the year award from his mates. I really think that SS method is a big contributor to his tackling power at the rugby pitch. The award is called ”Tacklebear”
