I've always been a lover of hamburgers, so much so, over a half-century ago my dad nicknamed me Wimpy after the fellow on Popeye, who would gladly pay Tuesday for a hamburger today!
Probably similar to our burgers. We got mc Donalds here, so we make them like that. I usually take double patty, total of just over 300gr meat, and some strips. I love them, I used to drive taxi, so I ate them to much gained about 20 pounds in a year. Surprised.

Decided to take longer rest between press sets. They are supposed to be light. The rest was ok made the 0,5kg raised single and one of the three fiver on the bench.
Its all better than last time and in the direction of north.

I see that you do many auxiliary lifts like dragging a sled, and cable press. Do you find them helpful?

Yes, sled for cardio, I cant push it on the mud outside so I drag it.
CP is for pumping blood into the triceps, they often cramp afterwards. Hope to get bigger trics for better leverage, dont know if its productive, but its fun.

I was aiming for a triple but I was feeling tired so I swapped it for a single PR, on the double last rep it turned almost into a goodmorning, did manage though, but skipped the assistance work. But did the hamburger as usual.
