Form was a bit wobbly on worksets. Hope I can go for fives on sunday.
Well its because I did a two month layoff jul-aug from training. Before that I did only 1-3 reps once a week worksets for about 6 month. It was hard, I detrained between the lifts, and had a awful soreness all the time, Last pr 1RM was 120kgx1. So now I decided to do 2times a week and only go for 3x5, now Im not that sore, probably because I dont detrain between squats.

Press weak, bad form on the last rep I missed, bar to far forward.
I will not do any big changes now, I wait until my retirement at 67yo januari -19, then I put in some bench and maybe dips and chins.

Felt supernice, last set was almost smooth. Had a problem during the second set rep 4 where the bar started to go down, but surprisingly I did ”man up” and pushed thru . Voluntary hardship is refining for the will.
