    Thanks Carson
Not fully retired, I need to work at least 40-50%. Now Im doing around 20%, so I looking for a new parttime job. Its only since so Im in a way adapting to do more or less nothing during some days, yes reading, playing guitar and watching TV is nice but it sometimes feels like wasted time.

Started slow and tried to go faster in the end. Yesterday I did a test of my breathing/lungs. I have low volume but its getting better with my astma medication. Its a good thing for me and I do need my cardio.

    I so relate to you.

    Fear not.

We are dyed in the wool. Our training qualifies us as athletes. That is how we see ourselves and identify ourselves.

if, heaven forbid, you were struck down, and had to live in a wheel chair, you would somehow get flexing and doing wrist curls.

So true, We shall survive and the weights are a good help. The last rep might be a heavy wristcurl with a flex, Thats ok, fight on!
