    ascending 4x5 with last set on 90kg, just to get some volume after DL wich by the way was a 5kg raise, thats why I couldnt get a fiver, back started to round itself on the last reps. I hate DL as much as I love squat, so it evens up [emoji123][emoji6]

    Im trying to go for walks now that I have a lot of free time. Its cold but the first signs of spring is expected tomorrow.

    This a couple of days ago outside my house.
    Now Im going to watch the first ”True detectives” its really a great performance from McConaughey, he really lost all his hope for humanity, I just love the way Woody try to cope with him.

    Have you shown your deads to a SS coach? Maybe there are some cues that can help you to love them.

    Thanks for asking, and Yes I did, but its some years ago, he said I got a long back and that screws things up with the DL. But Im thinking of travel to Helsinki by boat its cheaper than flying to London. Sometime this year I might. Had a plan to go to Texas for a seminar, but the taxman flogged me last year so its out for now.

    My new routin is daily walking, I have a fairly big park with a small castle just 5min from my house. Its warm almost 10c and sun is up nice, its 4miles walk around and that can easy turn into a longer walk, its flat of course , the kings like easy living.
