Bad day, left knee is really hurting unexpected.

Knee still hurting but not worse than before, glad I didnt skip training.
when the knees are aching I never quite know how the squats will go...glad it turned out ok
Yes, thats always hard to know, but all the reports from SSC and lifters says it gets better after squatting. And it did, today its much better, almost gone. But I had a sharp pain moving around the knee the whole night, pills did eventually help, so got some sleep and because Im retired I had no work today[emoji4]
