    I had all arguments to not train today or to just go light. Turned out I manned up and did a fiver.

    I was done after the DL
    So I went light on the squat, Im quite tired after three month of pushing for more. I need to do some light lifts in between.

    Used straps, can do more but I slowly adapt to the movement.

    starting strength coach development program
    17/4-19 wednesday
    Just taking some time of, a week without training now, left hip in pain and I just lost my will to train. Planning to begin press movements by the end of the week and wait for the hip to heal. I may get apointment with my PT its a year since last time, he might have som advice. Nice spring weather here in Stockholm and Happy holidays to all lifters!
