    I train alone in my garage. For a few years about 20 years ago I used to train with my son at Dr. Ken Liestners Iron Island Gym. When Doc sold the gym I started training at home again. My son has moved to North Carolina so its only me now.
    When my wife got sick and then passed away I stopped lifting for at least 5 years.My son had still been training and sent me something about Mark Ripoitoe going to Dr. Kens house here in Long Island N.Y. I looked up Ripp, found this site and got interested in training again. I like to think I'm a little stronger than the average guy my age. I know for sure if I didn't lift I would be much weaker. I still get asked by others to help when heavy things need to be moved, so I guess I look pretty strong. I sure most of the numbers we see here on the S.S. forum are above average. I won't make the same mistake again, even if my lifts go down I will keep training.

    Lowered my back offs from 40,5kg
    Due to layoff I had to drop the workset from 2-3 reps to singles. I may go for a cardio walk/jog tonight.......Yes I did 3,5km walk/jog for 30 minutes, so it was slow jog.

    Yes, lets keep on lifting even if the weight goes down, lets aim for it to go up, its PT against dying fragile and weak[emoji123][emoji41][emoji106]

    They are supposed to be fivers. Its 18 days since I did heavy 4x5rep and I raised 0,5 kilo today so I think its ok.

    Shoulder (left) is a little stiff with some light pain located near the anterior deltoid. Not sure if it is joint or muscle problem, maybe both. Weight felt light compered to last time, thats a fact. Went out late night and forced myself to do my interval jog 3x5min + 20 min walk.
