Yes Jerry, I keep that in mind, at the same time, I met the doctor yesterday my bloodtests was all OK. So I be damned if cant get my DL up, all the other lifts is moving on, very slow of course. So still I think I could do better, its probably a lack in my programming and coaching oneself isnt easy. But it must be done! Lets keep up the hunt for more weight even if in reality its going down.[emoji106]

Felt good, raised one kg, I have to resist my will to do singles because I think that will slow
    my progress down.

    16/9-19 monday
    DL
    132,5kgx2x3
    100x5x2
Up 2,5kg, felt under control. Im trying the new cue belly between thighs and at the same time activate my lats, scapula and traps. Feels like a thighter connection with the bar, less slack of the floor.

Ok training, considering its my third pressday in five days with two DL in between. Now two days rest with only one cardio day tomorrow. Went to my PT today he said I can begin squatting, start with high rep low intensity, he did som testing and diagnosed any problems with the hipjoint as a glute muscular problem , got me some ”moves” to do, only two of them, he was impressed with my joint funktion for a 67yo. It has slowly got better, the pain is almost gone. I also got my SS books back and hes now in to Rips weekly newsletter, but hes not prepered to become a SS- coach, yet.[emoji106]
Going to lift the mast saturday so today I took of the mainsail and prepare. Its getting colder and darker, more wind and rain. Soon its time to put the boat on land for the winter.

The weather is changing here in NY too. Last week it was high 80s and may go down.to 40s tonite. Nice temp. to train in the garage.
I see your sons pictures working on a car wreck. When I worked at the NYPD we had a tool called the Hurst Tool, used hydraulics to get trapped occupants out of a vehicle.
