21/9-19 saturday
My slowjog/walk day. 3x7min with three min walk, total 3,5km. Its a late night jog in the dark forest with some dim lights along the narrow path.
Bought a old car for my son today, he needs it up north, to get to the firefighter school. Hes happy as a kid om christmas. Called him tonight and he was with his friends at the poolhall downtown, doing wathever they do there.
I also made some arrangement with the boat, tomorrow the mast is coming off, this is my rockie year as sailboat owner, lot to learn, and fun, the weather is fantastic, trying to enjoy it while it lasts.

First set felt heavier than I anticipated but then the last set was easier than that. Been under a lot of stress from work with the boat and my sons need for a car and of course my usual parttime work for money.
It will continue this week. The lift was still ok in the end.

Back again at fours, last time was 6 weeks ago, they felt steady so this time it might be a breaktrough to fivereps.
We had a overflowing from the sewer in the basement where I lift. So now it smells like shit in the whole house. Its an old system and guys with the highpressure came and flushed the shitstop to hell, so now its ok again.

Superhard work at the boatyard the whole day.. Carrying loads of boat cradles. Spent the evening recovering from multiple cramps, mainly in my legs. Now my boat is om land so I can relax, no training, eating pills for pain and just lying down, need sleep and rest with a load of protein.
