    Felt stronger after one day rest
    Tried some dips, felt steady and no pain in shoulder. May continue with those. Got my time next month for MRI of my hip and back.

    Bought myself a gymcard, need to do some cardio during winter, hate jog outside during winter, it was 10 dollars a month for old guys.
