Started to grind with the machine on the bottom of the boat, its tuff job, its good i have been training press. Its more or less the same static movement with the machine close to the body and shoulder pressing it up or to side.

Well I have just plastic covering the boat.
No paint until spring, when its warmer then several layers of epoxi. Now its the poison paint thats getting off. To save the enviroment, its new rules, the boat is in a sweetwater lake Mälaren where stockholm takes its drinking water. The lake is swedens third biggest
We usually go out to the archipelago outside Stockholm in the baltic sea to sail and enjoy nature, then back again when its over..

Awful pain in my left knee during warmup set three. Then I lost count during workset, but Im sure it was a fours.
I just got my xray report and my hips had no manifest artros and spine was worn but ok, and probably no kompression of neurons. There were a lot text and I Can’t translate all. Its like Rip says all old backs are in a mess. But I think my back is bulletproof, never any problem with it since I started lifting a barbell.
So I dicided to start squattin after a 7month layoff.
Took some airsquats, felt some pain and a lot of poppin. Then used my 10kg barbell for
    10kgx5x3
    Dailing in the form.
Now three hour later I have problems walking because of pain in the left knee. I hope itgets better after a nights sleep, Im really happy to squat again.

Had a nice resturant wisit to celebrate with my son and his mom his employment as a firefighter next summer between terms. Im proud and happy for him, its not that easy for a youngster to get there.

    2/12-19 monday
    Box Squat rehab
    Airsquats
    10kgx5
    20kgx5x3
Sharp pain in left knee when I straighten my leg, so I had to shorten the squatrange maybe an inch, of course the poppin noise is always there. I got some new hearing aid so its sharp and clear. The pain doesnt seem to have anything to do with poppin. Stairs is pain, walking ok.
I have a booked apointment with my doctor two weeks from now.
